The City Council adopted a budget option recommended by city manager Jim Couch. Public safety and city unions still must work out the details of their labor contracts with the city. The results potentially could affect the city’s final budget, which is apparently improving. Photo provided The City Council last week approved an $876.6 million total budget for the City’s fiscal year 2010-2011 that includes a General Fund budget of $333.4 million, officials said.
